We caught word of a place called Mudlick Hollow, near Beaver PA. The stories from there seemed pretty outrageous so we had to at least check it out since it is so close.
The drive over was pretty simple, as it was 2 turns off route 60; however, we couldn't exactly figure out where to go on the road. We eventually decided to set up shop near the biggest turn which was located about a quarter mile from the top.
Since it was only three of us and since the stories point toward a non-intelligent haunting near the after-wedding accident, we just camped out and worked a ghost watch... Waiting to see if anything was happening or hear anything.
We waiting there from midnight to after 1 am, taking pictures and recording audio, but unfortunately nothing happened. I would lean toward the area not being haunted but maybe it just wasn't a good night. Another trip there will be nice, and hopefully check it out more thoroughly.
Any site you investigate needs to be investigated more than once. Say for example you go to your neighbors house and they don't know you. You walk uninvited into their home and sit on their couch. They are either going to tell you to "GET OUT!" or you will frighten them and they will leave. /Same thing may be possible with ghosts. Visit an area several times to give any spirits in the area a chance to become familiar with you. By the third visit you just might get something. Good Luck!

ReplyDeleteMy buddy and I heard stories about the site and we parked our car up there one night and waited, and we thougt we seen a white mass near one of the bends towards Brighton Township. This incouraged us to preform our own investigation, as we our attempting to start our own paranormal group, so we will share any evidence we find with everyone. But were going up there to disprove the stories, so if we cant explain anything away using science then you know its paranormal, not neccassarily haunted, but paranormal
